Delivery: 

What time will my delivery arrive? 

All orders will be delivered on the date selected. 

Same Day Delivery/Normal delivery times: When ordered before 8:30am the day of or in advanced your delivery will be delivered between 8am to 5pm. 

What areas do you deliver to?  

We deliver 50km radius from Cannington for Perth metro orders. We also have specific boxes to deliver Aus wide.  

Please contact us at hello@sweetmoments.com.au if your postcode doesn’t work at checkout or for any other inquires.  

What happens if I give you the wrong delivery address? 

Email us to let us know ASAP, we cannot always guarantee to see the email on time, however, if we have already delivered it at this point, we take no responsibility for this mistake. If you would like it to be re-delivered to the correct address, you will need to place a new order as normal.  

What happens if the recipient is not home on the time of delivery? 

If the recipient is not home the box will be left in a safe spot if there is one. If there is no safe spot, we will bring the box back with us and a re-delivery can occur for an additional fee of $18 or pick up is available. Re-delivery cannot be guaranteed to be on the same day. 

 Do you delivery on weekends? 

Yes, we delivery 7 days a week. MONDAY-SUNDAY for all Perth metro orders.  

Aus wide deliveries take place Monday-Fridays due to third party delivery courier closed on weekends.  

 Do you deliver to PO box addresses and apartments? 

We do not deliver to: 

PO box addresses 

We deliver to: 

Apartments and unit complexes.  

Do you deliver to hospitals, nursing homes and schools? 

YES, we deliver to hospitals, nursing homes and schools. Please be very specific when delivering to these places such as providing the ward name/number and recipient name. 

How much is delivery? 

The delivery rate is calculated based on how far your location is from the warehouse. This is automatically done at the checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept,  

  • Debit or Credit Card  
  • PayPal  
  • Afterpay. 

How far in advance do I need to place my order?  

You can order as ahead of the delivery date as you’d like, however, all orders must be placed by 8:30am the day of to allow for same day delivery.  

Can I customise a box? 

Yes, along with our set boxes we give you the opportunity to customise your own box which you can do under the ‘add on' tab.   

If you wish to customise one of our existing boxes you must email us prior to discuss if possible. Additional fees may apply 

Do your boxes have nuts or traces of nuts? 

Yes, we cannot guarantee that the items in the box do not contain nuts or traces of nuts.  

 

PR, Corporate or Custom orders: 

Do you accept large PR, corporate or custom orders? 

We sure do, we also have the option of adding a touch of your own branding such as logos to the boxes. Please email as at hello@sweetmoments.com.au with a brief including your budget and we can make it happen for you.  All PR and corporate orders receive free delivery within Perth Metro area.  

Do you cater for special events such as birthdays, engagements and weddings?
